1. Generla consideration 

: 주로 이완기능의 장애 

 

원인 다양..

- Amyloidosis, Hemochromatosis, Sarcoidosis, Scleroderma

2. Clinical manifestation 

 

- Kussmaul's sign 

: 경정맥압이 흡기 시에 오히려 상승

(원래 흡기 → 흉강 내압 음압 → 우심방으로 혈액 들어가 경정맥압 하강) 

 

: RCMP, Constrictive pericarditis 

(RCMP - endomyocardial biopsy시에 infiltration이나 fibrosis 관찰

Constrictive pericarditis - Xray에서 pericardial calcification, 치료는 Pericardiectomy) 

 

 

- 심초음파 

: 대칭적 LV wall 증가 ( LV septal wall = LV free wall [post.wall] )

: EF 25~50%

3. Treatment 

: 효과적인 치료법 없음 

 

* 소아과 책 

Diuretics - 울혈 증상 완화

CCB - 심실의 유순도 증가 

심장 이식 - 약물치료 제한적이므로 최선의 치료
